The first thing that comes to mind when we hear the word ‘’resources’’ may be money; while in this particular case, we are using the word resources in a much broader sense that encompasses all types of resources and not only the ones you can see in your bank account. I’m also speaking of the inner resources, the ones that came through difficult experiences and personal trials, I’m talking about the wisdom acquired through blood, sweat and tears. Autonomy came at a cost that you were likely always ready to pay even if it meant fighting against lingering feelings of loneliness. Things have been changing for you, and you have in all likelihood been letting yourself be more vulnerable and more open to feeling your feelings. You may be realizing that nothing bad happens when you let your emotions be what they are!
