This month is an intensely transformative one for you, Pisces, with a focus on communication and curiosity. Your intuition is powerful, right from the very beginning of the month, allowing you unexpected insights concerning your own identity, of who and what you really are. Your evolving self-awareness is magical and your learning curve is huge. Relationship is one more mirror, allowing you to see yourself more clearly. Another area of focus would be your plans for a future that is more closely aligned with your most sincere values. This has been an ongoing metamorphosis, including adjustments and course corrections that get a decided boost in the second half of the month, beginning on the 14th. The Gemini New Moon of May 22nd is also quite potent for you, bringing you even closer to inner insight and the impulse for more thorough exploration of interior realms. With greater self-knowledge, comes greater power and autonomy. As the bible declares, “Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”

The month of May arrives and it looks like you are very busy thinking about the current state of the world. This is a month of curiosity and learning; so that your thought might be directed o your stay-at-home situation and how to handle this. It could be that the nice weather is pushing you outside and you are finding yourself walking around your neighborhood more often. Connecting with your friends and your community has been an important part of keeping your sanity in the last two months, and has been in a process of transformation as you consider fresh facets. This continues to be a big theme for you, right at the beginning of the month, with loads of virtual social time and telephone conversations. You might be able to reflect that this whole situation has in some ways brought you closer to your friends and your loved ones. Mercury conjoins Uranus and the Sun in Taurus during the first week of May. These aspects will continue to bring stimulating conversations and idea, perhaps now via online social platforms. Venus is currently in Gemini — your home sector — carrying a pleasurable influence and an increased desire to relate. All these aspects combined can create enriching experiences during an otherwise very challenging time.
At the beginning of the month as well, Venus in Gemini squares Neptune in Pisces, an influence that could color your interactions or the way you feel about your home or what home means to you. This aspect will be more or less exact all month, due to the retrograde of Venus around mid-month, and will occur briefly again at the end of July,once Venus straightens out and moves forward. All during May you might find yourself idealizing a certain place, dreaming of relocating or being drained by a situation at home. Pay attention to these themes as they arise now, as they could create a little bit of confusion down the road.
The Full Moon in Scorpio takes place on May 7th illuminating a recent learning journey. The philosophical and spiritual implications of your recent realizations could bring clarity to your thinking. Your beliefs could be undergoing a deep shift, after an extensive period of inner search. Mars in Aquarius currently in your soul sector and ruling over the Full Moon in Scorpio is accentuating these revelations. This is a gorgeous Full Moon for you, as a Pisces, one that finds you stepping into greater lucidity as you contemplate what lies beyond mundane existence.
Mercury, still transiting in Taurus during the second weekend of May, is your cue to get some of your ideas on paper or in blog format. If this is not your style, it could be that you are contemplating ways in which you can share what you do with more people. If you already have a social platform online, you could be gaining traction with your work, ideas, or projects.
Saturn in Aquarius stations retrograde late evening on May 10th just as Mercury enters Gemini the next day. Venus stations retrograde in Gemini late evening of May 12th, and Jupiter stations retrograde in Capricorn on May 14th for a total of three planets stationing retrograde in two days. Mars also leaves Aquarius for the sign of Pisces on May 13th. This is a pivotal time in the month when important changes are taking place. Mars entering your sign will bring you significant energy, and will support you in your hard work. It could however make you a little less agreeable to the ideas of others. You can however direct this martial influence in your work, your project or into physical activities.
Your ruler Jupiter stationing retrograde in Capricorn could bring up unfinished business at work or with a colleague. Saturn will also be making its way back into Capricorn by the beginning of July. You might be prompted to go back into a work scenario or revise a decision you've made in the last few months. Structural and logistical issues might have to be dealt with before you are totally liberated from a responsibility.
On the other hand, Venus now moving retrograde in your home sector could prompt you to renovate your house or beautify your immediate surroundings. The Sun enters Gemini on May 20th, which will bring focus on family matters, your roots, and your home base. While the Sun travels here, you should find yourself increasingly busy at home with various projects or solving logistical issues.
The New Moon in Gemini takes place on May 22nd just as Mercury and Venus conjoined each other also in Gemini, in square with Neptune in your sign. A busy lunar cycle is about to begin with much of your focus on your home life, your roots, and your family. Venus moving retrograde in Gemini until the end of June could find you changing your mind a few times or revising a situation. Confusion on your part or even outright deception on the part of others could also figure into the mix, as these are characteristics of strong Neptune. Once again, there could be questions of where and how you belong, with no immediate answers. What could be part of this Venus retrograde for you might be a period of re-orientation in regards to where you want to be. This is nothing dramatic but you might want to be aware more consciously of these types of longings.
