This is another month, Taurus, when the outer planet energies that have been so prominent in recent months are still engaged. This implies, for one thing, that the transformation of your career and professional life continues, with a few subtle shifts in this emphasis. There may be a novel way forward that calls to you and this could have overtones that are of a decidedly spiritual nature, or at least along the lines of acknowledging the mystical as an important and often overlooked factor in everything that you do. In this November month’s timing, as well, partnership plays a strong role as you meditate on Scorpio season, that being your opposite sign. Mercury is preparing to retrograde as the month gets started, and actually stations dead still in the sky on the 9th, in your sector of intimacy, personal evolution, and partnership agreements. These are up for introspective review as the month unfolds. As you introspectively mull over your life flow and adjust your personal values, you find these to be more significant than ever. In attempt to see what your own unique ideas have to contribute to your moral compass, it becomes important to get them right – for yourself – to go from strictly what you hold inside. Inner work is also implied in the manifold astrological activity of the month’s first week which includes the Full Moon in your sign on the 5th. This brings issues of self and other to the table, along with continued personal evolution and relationship adjustments, and the remainder of the month carries this theme forward into new dimensions of behavior. Mars, your partnership sector ruler, was directly opposed to Trickster Uranus in the Full Moon timing, indicating that fluctuations for both partnership connection and in terms of your resources and values are more than likely. It is what you do with these internal realizations that really counts.

You may have been feeling the need to find greater equilibrium since the New Moon in late Libra from October and as this cycle continues to unfold over the beginning weeks of November. The strong presence of Pluto at the very beginning of Aquarius, or your career sector, highlighted in this New Moon, indicates that your attitudes toward your work in the world are continuing to morph and change. Perhaps you are sensing that a greater correspondence with your deeper principles and values which you are beginning to take more seriously in recent months could prove telling, and you also sort out your true priorities moving forward. Partners come into this picture and provide much food for thought, even in this very personal area of espousing your own values above all other inputs, as you grow. There is also the need to adjust your habits as you understand more about them. It may be easy for you to fall into a groove whether it relates to pleasure and indulgence or on the contrary to hard work and goal stalking, and not all grooves are fulfilling.
With Venus, your ruler, still transiting in Libra at the month gets underway, you may also feel the need to harmonize your schedule in order to create more space for yourself and for the people you love. You may feel a little bit of tension between how your time is spent versus what you would like to spend it on and a juggling act at work could be catching up with you.
On the 1st and 2nd, Venus forms a T-square with Chiron, the Wounded Healer – in your sector of unconscious process – to philosophical and joyful Jupiter in your place of communications and learning. This can be stimulating you to accept yourself in some relatively dark and hidden areas within your psyche, and to start to heal internal wounding from acknowledgment, acceptance, and letting go of old patterns.
Mars enters Sagittarius on the 4th, and immediately comes face to face with trickster Uranus in Gemini. Stifling agreements that are not leaving you much ‘’leg room’’ could become more obvious now and inner negotiations might be necessary in order to get what you want.
On the 5th The Full Moon culminates in your sign bringing up issues of self and other, and this could this be your opportunity to regroup around your changing desires and recognize that what used to work for you in relationship dynamics may not be working anymore. This Full Moon is the perfect moment to listen to your body and give yourself permission to focus on your wellbeing while at the very same time honor as well your key partners. The Full Moon forms positive aspects to the Lunar Nodes which means that what gets illuminated now is in accord with the natural progression of things so you can evolve according to your inner master plan, trusting the clarity as it is leading you where you are supposed to go.
Venus enters Scorpio on the 6th, re-emphasizing even further your partnerships and collaborations leading to the end of the month. Things could be rumbling in that department and the square between Venus and Pluto in Aquarius on the 6th and 7th could highlight smoldering attractions just as much as complicated power-dynamics in your relationships.
Uranus retrogrades back into Taurus on November 7th where it will remain until April 25th for one last round in your sign where it has been transiting since 2018. Uranus in Taurus for the past eight years could have brought significant changes in your self-concept allowing you to break free from the collective and find your own individual voice. Another good opportunity to take stock of your evolution and where you are at now as this chapter comes to a close.
On November 9th, Mercury stations retrograde in Sagittarius and a day later Jupiter turns retrograde in Cancer which may prompt you to re-assess your communication within your partnerships in some ways in the coming weeks. Creative collaborations could come into focus but make sure you read the fine prints if something sounds too good to be true. Although this period could highlight ongoing exchanges with others, there may be complications or clashes possible, and you could get a hint of that on the 12th when Mercury Retrograde meets with Mars in Sagittarius. Counting to ten or turning your tongue seven times before speaking might be a good strategy for the time being.
A solid rule of thumb during Scorpio Season is to observe and stay quiet and this could come in handy in social circumstances mid-month as the Sun in Scorpio forms supportive aspects to both Jupiter in Cancer and Saturn in Pisces creating slippery conditions. This could be a case of ‘’the less you say the more you learn’’ but it could also be challenging to keep your cards close to your chest as some may poke and prod you for answers.
The real ‘’pièce de résistance’’ for retrograde Mercury this month is found in the days surrounding the New Moon in Scorpio with first Mercury retrograding back into Scorpio on November 18th, accompanied by Mercury opposing Uranus in Taurus and trining Neptune in Pisces and finally coming into its inferior conjunction with the Sun and the Moon in timing of the New Moon the next day.
The New Moon in Scorpio takes place late evening of the 19th or early morning on the 20th depending on your time zone. This is a super-charged moment which will most likely contain many revelations or insights that could lead to important changes for your life path. For you Taurus, this New Moon is in the sign oppositie to your own, plus perched on the edge of your intimacy sector and opposed to Trickster Uranus late in your sign. Ths brings a powerful energy in your relational sector that demands greater conscious control. You may be challenged to show up more authentically or it could be that someone else requires that you uphold the space for them to express in a more genuine way. There could be surprise events and unexpected revelations surrounding the important partnerships in your life. Whatever takes place around this New Moon is sure to leave a powerful imprint on the way you truly intend to relate with key others in your life.
The Sun’s entry into Sagittarius on the 21st could speed up the pace of things in the coming month so be prepared to maneuver more quickly around what other people are bringing to your table.
Saturn turning direct in Pisces on the 27th is further testimony that situations will be moving forward especially in regards to your dreams and your ambitions after a period of potential delays. Mercury follows suit on the 29th turning direct in Scorpio in your relational sector while Venus in Scorpio forms an opposition to Uranus in Taurus and a trine with Neptune in Pisces before entering Sagittarius on the 30th. When it's all said and done, the month of November could bring significant opportunities to address long standing issues in your partnerships allowing for more authenticity or honesty to emerge.
