Pisces Horoscope for October 2025

This is yet another month of transformation, Pisces, and of increased awareness of what it is that you are truly up to. The recent solar eclipse and New Moon in the final degree of Virgo signaled that Uranus, your ruler Neptune, and Pluto are very much still with you, along with the truth that they bring, when you can open your eyes to see it. The factor of Virgo as the sign of the New Moon contributes another idea, that this month might be, for you, largely about your relationships of all kinds, business, friendships, and personal. Saturn has recently retrograded back into the tail end of your sign, and as such, opposed to this recent New Moon eclipse at the end of Virgo, could reference a mentor relationship that might be relevant to your October developmental cycle. The Saturn presence having been renewed with respect to your identity sector may also indicate your own growth and maturation as a result of recent transformations of inner material that you have had the chance to access over the past few months along with intuitional information arising from your own deep center. Uranus at the beginning of your fourth solar sector of home and family, and prominent in the recent New Moon, can be read that way, and also in terms of a field of disruption affecting your dwelling space and your home base or family relations, which can also be informative when you look at it in that positive light. The Aries Full Moon of the 6th can reference these developments coming to more complete maturation, also to further issues of self and other, perhaps in connection with important partnership agreements. Then, too, the Moon’s Last Quarter of the 13th, and the Libra New Moon of the 21st, are also significant junctures that can further the developmental changes that are sprouting within you. These are difficult times, and yet your response to them can be entirely positive, as you grow in your internal ability to handle them.

The mysterious Piscean waters are riddled with mermaids, strange creatures and ghost ships. The remains of past defeats along with victories are swirling around the whirlpool that is the current moment: a rapidly rotating vortex caused by the meeting of conflicting currents into which events and situations are drawn. The big question on everyone’s lips right now is ‘’where is this moment taking us?’’ and I think you of all people understand the meaning of having faith in the unknown and trusting that it is taking you exactly where you need to be.

The recent solar eclipse in late Virgo from September 21st is the cherry on the top of a long process of you getting to understand yourself better through your encounters which is allowing you to clearly delineate the contours of your own needs and desires on your personal map. Because this recent New Moon governs the first twenty days of the October month, this time may well be the testing grounds for how well you have assimilated the lessons of these past two years when it comes to your time, your focus and the amount of energy you are willing to invest in your collaborations versus your own personal development. Saturn has just returned to your sign for a brief final dip before existing for Aries in mid-February for the next thirty years or so. With Saturn transiting in Pisces since March 2023, an incredible process has been occurring related to structures in your life and some of this may have come through your important relationships and the need to assert your boundaries more clearly with others. This current month illuminates how these encounters with the mystical Other have shaped you, and continue to do so.

The additional factors in the eclipse configuration are the presence of the three outer planets, which are greatly magnified now in their effects. Pluto, part of a grand trine to the New Moon eclipse degree, and therefore accentuated this month, is in your twelfth solar sector of dream imagination, unconscious process, and inner work, where you have been adjusting and getting used to a new vision of all that lies below the surface layers of your psyche. Your nighttime dreams could be important right now and help to identify significant themes on your road to wholeness. Then, too, Uranus in tight trine with Pluto is positioned at a significant sector also, being at your nadir corresponding to home and family – which could reference your swelling, familial interactions there, or issues from your family of origin affecting your psychological roots. All of these areas are subject to the unexpected events and surprise enlightenment that are Uranus’ trademark, always resulting in unusual learning opportunities when we can stay open to them. Neptune, your ruler, posted in your sector of values and resources, is also greatly highlighted now, and thus references your steep continuing learning curve as your deal with self-worth, what you have inside to work with, and what it ultimately means to you to have it.

On October 4th, Venus in Virgo briefly meets the South Node of the Moon in your partnership sector. When it comes to relationships, less is definitely more right now. Letting go of any potential people pleasing habits might be your current cup of tea. This is not always easy especially if it makes you happy to be doing things for others but if you are simply keeping the peace in this way, it might be time to make a significant change there.

The Aries Full Moon culminates on the late evening of the 6th of October in the part of your chart where Neptune already resides, relating to your resources, your personal values and your sense of autonomy. There could be an impetus to take stock and reassess your trajectory especially if you are feeling claustrophobic or stuck. Mercury, ruling your opposite sign of Virgo is in early Scorpio and tied to Pluto by a close square implying changes coming to your more conscious awareness and having to do with your relationship dynamic. This aspect may also symbolize power struggles with partners or feelings of alienation in general, as you continue to explore your depths.

On October 7th and 8th, a sweet aspect between Venus in Virgo and Jupiter in Cancer could facilitate conversations. Then, Venus opposing Saturn in Pisces from the 10th to the 11th might bring a seriousness to dialogues and prove helpful if you are going through a negotiation process. You might expect others to be a little more demanding at this time or inner wounding could arise around the 13th once Venus enters Libra – opposing your ruler Neptune in Aries – and in trine with Pluto and Uranus for greater transformational effects. Simultaneously, Pluto stations direct in Aquarius emphasizing the important shifts taking place within you and how changing perceptions can change the way you want to do things in your life.

The late Libra New Moon on October 21st looks really good on paper as it is augmented by Jupiter in Cancer. The question is: How well can you stay with your relationship at this time and can you make space for love or collaboration to bloom without compromising on your own needs? Discrimination is a word I like to use with Pisces because in your desire to accept everyone beyond their shortcomings, you sometimes end up trusting people who do not necessarily have your best interest in mind. Luckily, you have a lot working in your favor right now and like I said earlier, you’ve been working on having better boundaries ever since Saturn entered Pisces two and a half years ago. This upcoming lunation will continue to challenge you towards greater equilibrium in all your interactions.

Neptune re-enters your sign for the last time (for now at least) on October 22nd and will be in Pisces until the end of January. You might not even remember the world before Neptune entered Pisces in 2012 but there are only three months of Neptune in Pisces left in your actual lifetime so that you may find yourself in the process of closing an important chapter in the next few months.

The Sun enters Scorpio on the 23rd and activates on the 27th a grand trine in Water between Saturn in your sign, Jupiter in Cancer, and Mars in Scorpio for the last week of the month. This culminates on the 29th. Mars bringing up emotions and energy for your vocation might allow things to feel relatively smooth. You might be able to get a lot more done and you may also find that time goes by much quicker if you are having somewhat cautious fun. This energy provides great momentum so make sure to catch the emotional wave!
