The recent New Moon in Pisces from February 19th and 20th continues to unfold into the current month shedding light on the creative and romantic aspects of your life and carrying new insights regarding your relationship to pleasure, inspiration, love, and your children if you have any. There could be new developments concerning these topics. Your focus may be dominated by creativity, romance, and productivity at this time. There can be new opportunities on the horizon that require your full focus and you may feel ready to give more energy to what you love in order to get the results that you want. Finding the discipline and energy to get things done shouldn’t be hard for you this month so take advantage of this astro-encouragement to get through your to-do list.
The month of March opens from the 1st to the 3rd with a beautiful conjunction between Venus and Jupiter in Aries that is visible in the western skies after sunset if you live in the Northern Hemisphere. This conjunction also features Chiron, the Wounded Healer, and occurs in the part of your chart that relates to health and routine. Habitual activities and issues of your workplace might be subjected to new information relating to vulnerabilities and healing. Taking care of yourself and prioritizing your well-being might be exactly what is needed at this time and you could find it easier to pinpoint and remediate those habits that do not serve you well.
Mercury enters Pisces on the 2nd after forming a conjunction with Saturn which may highlight feelings of being weighed down by your responsibilities at home or in your life in general. However, Mercury’s time in Pisces in the following weeks should bring gradual ease that helps you refocus on what is working in your life as opposed to what is not.
The Full Moon in Virgo on the 7th might bring attention to your aspirations, your dreams, and more extensively your place in a community. There should be a culmination or light being shed on some of the things you have been working towards and it could be a good moment to take stock. Uranus forms a supportive trine to the Full Moon which may highlight innovative collaborations or the work you do for others.
Saturn enters Pisces a few hours after the Full Moon in Virgo highlighting a tension between service-oriented work and social participation versus personal creativity and the things you are passionate about. Saturn transiting in Pisces for the next two years could demand a more structured and dedicated approach in your personal work and you may have to get serious about what you actually love to do, to get the results that you want.
Your creativity and imagination should be heightened mid-month, centering on the 14th, and so are potential romantic scenarios. The Sun and Mercury join Neptune in Pisces while forming a square to Mars in Gemini which highlights romanticism or wishful thinking, especially regarding intimate partnerships. Otherwise, it could be that your agreements with others feel complicated or unclear and you may have to wait a few days to gain clarity surrounding partnerships.
From the 15th through 17th, Venus forms a square with Pluto while entering Taurus on the 16th. This augurs tension or power struggles and perhaps difficulty in reconciling perspectives. Venus in Taurus for the next three weeks emphasizes partnerships in your life and could make negotiations smoother in the weeks ahead.
Some important astrological shifts occur in the later part of March starting with Mercury and the Sun entering Aries on the 18th and 20th respectively. The Sun in Aries signals the beginning of Spring in the Northern Hemisphere and brings an overall revitalizing influence.
The Aries New Moon arrives a day later, on March 21st, bringing a focus on health and routine for the remainder of the month. There is a huge line-up of six planets in Aries, counting Eris, indicating that issues of service to others and life mission could be on your mind during this time. It is possible that you will seek to better understand your routines and what you want to get out of them and that day-to-day activities will take on renewed significance.
One of the most important ingresses of the year occurs when Pluto leaves Capricorn for Aquarius on the 23rd. This corresponds the part of your chart that relates to your roots, your domestic life, and the deeply ingrained patterns from childhood that might be ready to come to greater consciousness. All these areas, including your physical dwelling itself, receive renewed attention and potential alteration for the remainder of this monthly cycle, and into the coming years. Pluto will spend the next 20 years transiting this part of your chart. Your sense of stability could undergo some transformations at some point during the following decades that could help in finding a more authentic and grounded version of yourself.
Mars enters the sign of Cancer on the 25th which is another important shift after an 8-month transit and a retrograde in the sign of Gemini. Mars in Cancer should bring advancement and a renewed sense of perspective for Scorpios. From the 29th through the 31st, Mars in Cancer forms a supportive trine with Saturn newly transiting in Pisces which may bring some clues as to what kind of creative limitation as well as progress is possible at this time.
