This is an interesting month for you, Scorpio, a thoughtful and yet stimulating roller coaster ride. You do well in proportion to how much your most cherished aspirations adhere to personal evolution and right relationship. You continue to be on a huge learning curve with communication style and sense of life task, and the means by which your work in the world can slip into better alignment with your most profound beliefs. All this month, especially in its second week, you are refining your mission of service to others, to your wider community and even with regard to society itself. An introspective mode has you reaching for answers to the deeper questions of where your life is heading, leading into your next developmental stage. In this, while you wrestle with the practicalities inherent in any form of innovative progress, partners are a significant source of information of an intuitional kind. Sudden starts and stops lead you to surprising realizations. Your true goal might turn out to be your journey of discovery itself.

September begins in the wake of the potent Leo New Moon of mid-August, which has emphasized career and profession, and all areas of outer achievement and recognition. These last two weeks, you have been stepping out into the world in a new way and as September arrives you are reaping some of the benefits. The Full Moon in Pisces of late evening on the 1st takes place in your creative sector, highlighting your current projects. This Full Moon also implies that what you do for pleasure, what makes your heart sing, your muse, and as well your artistic inclinations come to the forefront. You may be feeling inspired by recent developments or acknowledgment you have received for your work. The Full Moon also sextiles Uranus in Taurus in your house of relationship, thus connecting your current inspirations to exiting or prospective partnership. A creative collaboration could be culminating and renewed in energy at this time.

Venus in Cancer opposing Saturn in Capricorn on the 1st and 2nd signals that there is still a lot of hard work to get done. You may be waiting on funding or the green light from an organization to get moving. At the same time, Mercury in Virgo squaring the North Node in Gemini on the 3rd could bring about some positive developments although you will need to streamline your routine.

Around the 5th, tension may be mounting, as you get busier, because the Moon joins Mars in Aries indicating a modicum of stress. You could have to find ways to manage your workload in order to get everything done. Mercury enters Libra on the same day, which lasts for almost for the remainder of September. While Mercury is in Libra, a mindfulness practice, meditation, or any other way of disconnecting from the constant stream of information, could prove to work really well for you. Be selective about where you put your attention and be sure to allow yourself plenty of downtime to recuperate. This will help you find the focus you will need to tackle everything you set out to do this month.

On September 6th, Venus enters Leo, your vocational house, thus shining her supportive light on your career trajectory. Your work could become more visible this month as Venus in Leo allows for important career connections to occur or networking opportunities. Don’t hide in the shadows. Really try to put yourself and your work out there.

Mars stations retrograde in Aries on September 9th, and will be moving backward through the sign of the Ram until mid-November. Since Mars is the traditional ruler of your sign, this retrograde period could be quite significant for you. Mars retrograde in Aries occurs in the part of your chart that deals with day-to-day activities, logistics, and your health. What is highlighted for you during this period, and to some extent reviewed or reexamined, will be the way you organize things, especially your routine, your eating habits, or how you manage your time.

On September 12th, Jupiter stations direct in the sign of Capricorn, increasing communications of all kinds. Things are picking up speed at the risk of you’re losing track. Stay on top of your game by delineating a daily schedule of what needs to get done.

The New Moon in Virgo on the 17th brings an important reset in connection with your place in the world and with groups that you are a part of. You are likely to be dedicated to communication and learning as an adjunct to these activities. A new cycle of growth is beginning, and perhaps an opportunity to more actively contribute to a community you are in. Because this New Moon closely aspects Saturn, there are restrictions that you could encounter in what you are trying to accomplish. Keep the faith and plough on through. Mercury in Libra also squares Jupiter at the time of the Full Moon, and this can bring an exaggerated sense of possibilities.

The week following the New Moon could be challenging. With Mercury squaring Pluto and Saturn in Capricorn, while opposing Mars retrograde in Aries, by the 24th, there are potential logistical issues. An idea or a project you want to implement could meet some roadblocks. Keep a sense of proportion, and ensure that all your bases are covered.

The Sun enters Libra on September 22nd signalling the first day of fall in the Northern Hemisphere and spring in the Southern Hemisphere. This could be a time of hidden patterns coming to light. The Sun transiting in Libra for the next month is also an opportunity to take stock of the last year before the Sun enters Scorpio next month. Assess the territory on which you find yourself, acknowledge your accomplishments, and spend time contemplating your next move. Venus still transiting in Leo in your vocational sector accentuates your career trajectory.

Mercury enters Scorpio on the 27th, and Venus trines Mars in Aries on the 28th, thus shedding some light on your desires while bringing a hint of what is to come career-wise. You will want to note that Mercury turns retrograde in Scorpio in mid-October, implying that ideas you are contemplating at this time may need to be reworked later on next month.

The end of September is colored by Saturn stationing direct in Capricorn, late on the 28th, while squaring Mars retrograde in Aries, indicating further potential delays or frustrations. There could be tension between going slowly, ensuring enough time to get through the difficulties, versus how fast you want to make things happen. It might help you to recognize that anything can be overcome, given the right mindset. If there is one sign equipped for these times it’s you, my dear Scorpio!
