This month is an exciting one for you, Pisces, with opportunities for greater and more intimate connections with important others and also, perhaps more significantly, with yourself. Your ruler, Neptune, located in your sign, has been the astrological focus lately and this implies that issues have predominated related to your sense of identity, the way that you see yourself, and the perspective that you have on future plans and goals. The New Moon of September 6th is in many ways the eye of the storm, with outer planet connections implying both crisis and opportunity. Taking place in the relationship sector of your chart, this New Moon energy lets you know that partners in your life are instrumental to the way that you see things unfolding for you. Nothing that is living stays static for very long; there is transformation involved, and it is helpful to be able to recognize this. As you make your move forward into a new stage of your evolutionary development, one factor would seem to be that you proceed to act upon your deepest and most sincerely held beliefs.

The month of September begins with the Sun in your opposite sign of Virgo, therefore illuminating your partnerships and the important people in your life. You may feel unclear about the level of commitment you or someone else needs, especially as Mars in Virgo opposes Neptune in Pisces to start off the month. Someone could be asking you for more concrete actions and you may be unable to make those promises right now.
You may have been thinking a lot about your wellbeing recently, and how your mental and physical health are interrelated. Taking care of your body and establishing healthier habits is by extension ensuring that your stress level and anxieties are not out of control. Surprising twists leading up to the current month might have prompted you to reassess what you’re doing. Your environment and your daily habits could have had to be reexamined.
Mercury in Libra trines Saturn in Aquarius from the 3rd to the 5th and this may highlight the need you have for space to think about how you feel. You may need more time to gauge your internal landscape and where you are at with your emotions and that is perfectly ok.
On September 6th, the Virgo New Moon signals the beginning of a new cycle in your partnership sector. Uranus in Taurus coming into a supportive trine with this New Moon could open up interesting dialogues with others and shed light on your fears or the way that you do relationship. What you need right now may not be concrete demonstrations of love as much as a supportive presence that is willing to hear you out. Over the remainder of the month, there could be surprises and as well startling realizations that come up to help you grow. Your relationship with yourself is changing and this could mean that what you need from others right now is also changing.
Venus enters Scorpio on the 10th where it may trigger longings for a change of scenery and a desire to travel or at least get away for a while. A type of divine discontent may permeate the middle of September for you especially when the Sun in Virgo comes into an opposition with Neptune in Pisces on the 13th and 14th. You may be feeling somewhat restless or dissatisfied with the status quo without being able to know exactly what you need. Venus in Scorpio squares Saturn in Aquarius on from the 15th to the 17th and this may bring up feelings of being stuck or weighed down by your responsibilities. However, this may be more related to your internal perceptions than actual limitations. Regardless, you may feel like it’s more difficult to keep a sense of perspective at this time.
The Full Moon this month culminates in your sign on September 20th shining a light on your body, your wellbeing, and your current needs. These things may have felt elusive recently and it’s a good time to take stock of where you are at. Mercury in Libra in trine with Jupiter in Aquarius could bring a conscious integration of difficult topics which you’ve been trying to keep in the back of your mind but can’t totally ignore. This time of the year could be favorable for modalities that engage your unconscious mind and help you release difficult experiences or emotions which are not directly accessible. If this all sounds too heavy, remember that this Full Moon is also simply an excellent opportunity to create space for yourself and listen to your needs.
The Sun enters Libra on the 22nd which signals the Fall Equinox in the Northern Hemisphere. This time of perfect equilibrium between day and night brings a focus on your business and intimate partnerships and the give and take or compromises needed to make something work. Venus in Scorpio opposes Uranus in Taurus on the Equinox, which augurs a certain amount of restlessness also permeating this season. Something may look good on paper but, in actuality, you may need more time to think it through.
Your desires and emotions could feel somewhat volatile especially towards the end of the month. Mercury stations retrograde in Libra on the 26th, signaling a period of introspection and personal soul searching. The retrograde period lasts until October 18th when Mercury stations to direct motion, and then another two weeks as it regains its lost Zodiacal longitude. It augurs a deeper period of reflection or revision regarding partnerships, intimacy, and perhaps fears around commitment. The next five weeks are the perfect time to sort out your feelings without jumping to conclusions too quickly. You can have faith that things will flow the way they are supposed to and that faith is actually one of your superpowers.
