Leo Horoscope for November 2020

Posted on October 30, 2020 by Henry Seltzer of ASTROGRAPH.COM

This is another interesting month for you, Leo, that poses new challenges which can be reframed as opportunities. With Mercury retrograding through your root sector you are re-thinking issues of family, current home life, or your dwelling space, especially after the mid-month Scorpio New Moon. There is an investigative attitude and a necessary element of wait and see, yet also one of attempting to figure things out in novel ways. Concepts of service to the larger collective are also on your mind and in your heart as you evolve. Your worldview and beliefs to some extent condition your choices now, and these are evolving in new directions that take deeper inside yourself. This makes for a sketchy situation, in which not that much is absolute, but rather most everything remains in flux. Career possibilities are multiplying rapidly, and these need careful vetting, as not everything that seems to shine will have ultimate currency for you in the longer term. Learning and communications are the key, as you continue to explore potential futures.

You enter the month of November on the other side of an energizing yet iconoclastic Full Moon in Taurus in your vocational sector on October 31st. You may be feeling energized by new and exciting possibilities presenting themselves while also feeling propelled outside of your comfort zone. Nothing you can’t handle, however, as these new challenges equally arouse your entrepreneurial spirit.

Meanwhile, Venus transiting in Libra brings a softening influence to your exchanges with others. You may be able to smooth out conflicts that emerged in the last few months especially with siblings, neighbors or close friends. Mercury stations direct in Libra on November 3rd and carries new resolve for making peace with others. You may also have to come to grips with the fact that you are the one who needs to be an adult in a situation. Harmony may seem more important than usual for your overall well-being, and you may be willing to let go of your need to be right, in order to keep your peace of mind.

The Last Quarter Moon in Leo on November 8th may however disrupt your resolve, coloring your world with a passionate yet moody vibe. The Moon in Leo squaring the Scorpio Sun could stir up drama, especially at home or with a family member. You benefit when you can find positive outlets to release tension through physical exercise or creative modalities.

On November 9th, Venus in Libra opposes Mars retrograde in Aries and this aspect could bring up polarizing and passionate ideological debates. You could find yourself getting overly emotional about a political situation with a powerful need to denounce the inequalities of the world. These two planets are not known for their objectivity, so it might help if you keep that in mind when you discuss your ideas with others.

Jupiter conjunct Pluto in Capricorn on the 12th carries with it a regenerative power for your health sector. You may reflect on having moved into a somewhat introspective period with the recent retrogrades and feel a greater need to conserve your energies for the right battles. Finding a grounding practice, and spending time tending to your inner world could be a good way to stabilize yourself. You also might feel the need to do some ancestral or shadow work, and it's an excellent time for it.

Mars stations direct in Aries on November 13th, just in time for the New Moon in Scorpio late on the evening of the 14th, or the early morning of the 15th. This New Moon occurring in the home and family sector of your chart implies that, once again, you may feel compelled to dig into your family history to unearth secrets that make you who you are. This is an opportunity to reconnect with your roots and in this way to find greater ease within yourself. You may be able to make important discoveries that involve your genetic line and that affect your overall health. This can also simply be a good time to find quiet space at home to recharge your batteries.

On November 17th, Mercury in Scorpio opposes Uranus in Taurus, in your vocational sector, and this could bring some impatience surrounding a career idea. This aspect has already occurred once at the beginning of October, and that earlier appearance might have brought up a lot of talk around a new project. However, with Mercury stationing retrograde shortly after that, on October 13th, any new ideas from that time could have been put on the back burner. Now that Mercury is moving direct again, this could be the signal that it may finally be possible to move forward with an innovative project that has been in the works all this time. You have your finger on the pulse, and you may be in a position to bring your unique contribution to a larger group.

Venus enters Scorpio on November 21st just as the Sun enters the sign of Sagittarius. This is a good change of pace for you as the Sun in this fellow Fire sign emphasizes creativity, self-expression, and pleasure for the next month. After an introspective few weeks, you will start to regain perspective, and will have more energy to put yourself out there.

You may have to confront some of your insecurities during the last week of November, with Mercury in Scorpio purging darker emotions. You could be questioning whether you have the proper level of energy required to tackle big ideas, or it may be a matter of doing an honest assessment of what is possible versus wishful thinking.

The Lunar Eclipse on the early morning of November 30th in the sign of Gemini could bring surprising allies to help you realize your long term goals. There could be new collaborations in the works, and this end of the month period is a good time to be open to what others are bringing to the table. Networking is powerful for you now, and could open up surprising avenues you hadn’t thought about.
