The beat goes on, Sagittarius, and it seems like the intensity has barely diminished, although perhaps subtly shifted in direction. During this rather intense time, you continue to deal with a flood of radical change. You are exercising increased spiritual creativity in everything that you do. A sense of responsibility to the ordinary requirements of daily life might at times feel like a burden, and yet suddenly it morphs into joy at serving your higher calling. Your understanding of soul-level mission that you have been feeling these last few months has become a factor in assessing how to determine your true priorities; you are finding that some formerly important details and previously treasured habits could fall away, while the ones that you choose to embrace are those that accord with where your inner guidance is directing you.
As the month begins, your self-expression is sizzling, although slowed down a notch or two by the highlighted presence of Saturn in your sign. You might feel stuck, or that it takes quite a bit longer than you thought to get things done. When you do finish your task or release your creative production you will be pleased with the result, solidly built and ready to stand the test of time. Your lessons too that you acquire during this monthly cycle, that could be yet another intense time of major transformation, will be slow to dawn upon you and long-lasting in their ultimate effect upon your current arc of development. This is the April cycle that follows both the recent late Pisces solar eclipse, from March 20th, taking place in your sector of home and family, and also the final exact hit of seven for the Uranus-Pluto square that is however still active in your chart. You are dealing with your changes in a new way, one of recognition of how far you have come, and of greater understanding of those issues that you are still in the process of resolving.
Your ruling planet, Jupiter, is playing a major role in your solar chart this month as well. This expansive planet of faith is found at the focal point of a Yod formation with Mercury/Neptune and Pluto, at the timing of the recent New Moon eclipse that sets the tone for the current lunar cycle. This may intensify and highlight your pursuit of higher ideals, and discovering or forming new belief systems. As your approach to the material world, particularly finance, continues to morph and evolve, there could be a certain awkwardness or incongruency right now in applying any new beliefs to this area of your life. You may be able to cognitively grasp the immense realm of possibility in your newfound conceptual framework, yet application in manifest reality remains challenging. The degree to which you can call upon your intuition and non-rational ways of navigating will inform your process of integrating and living into the vision you hold for the future.
Limiting Saturn also plays an interesting role in this month's dynamics, making a chime with your creativity both at the New Moon eclipse, and at the timing of the Full Moon lunar eclipse that is taking place on Saturday, April 4th. At New Moon timing, this planet of structure and limitation made a very close inconjunct aspect to Venus, and then at the Full Moon there is another inconjunct aspect to Mars at very nearly the same zodiacal degree Venus occupied previously. Because Saturn is currently located in your first solar sector of identity, you may be experiencing a renegotiation process with yourself and the way that you approach structure and self-discipline. At the beginning of this current cycle, you could have been feeling challenged in implementing new ways of being, particularly in your daily routine or self-care. Toward the first weekend of the month, your frustration in this area could mount as the fiery nature of Mars lends its input, tending to keep in perpetual forward motion, while Saturn is inclined to slow down, take stock, and take care. This maybe not your favorite thing to hear, but fostering self-discipline and patience within you is the name of the game for you right now. Lasting benefit can be yours should you choose to whole-heartedly dedicate yourself in this way to all your endeavors.
Uranus and Pluto remain less than a degree from the exact square they made in mid-March, and the Full Moon eclipse of April 4th activates this dynamic with the Moon in Libra falling opposite Uranus and the Sun, conjunct within just two degrees in Aries. This stimulates your urge for full, unbridled freedom of expression. Creative innovations and epiphanies could be coming through you with tremendous force and power. With Pluto in the mix you might also be startled by sudden realizations or glimpses into something deep within yourself, the like of which your conscious mind was not previously aware. Growth and transformation require each of us to face parts of ourselves that we once were unable to fully see or be with. This can be a confrontational and scary process, yet the configurations of this important and change-full month are highly supportive of such an endeavor. You benefit when you face the dark corners of your consciousness boldly and bravely. You might want to recall what the Roman poet Virgil wrote, over two millennia ago, that "fortune favors the bold."
