These next few days we have a powerful and exciting alignment in our skies as Uranus, Jupiter, and Mars form a grand trine in Fire signs. With Mercury having just gone retrograde, and the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse only two days away, this week is shaping up to be one of intensity and vibrancy.
Uranus is the planet of revolution, and as well, revelation, Jupiter brings with it a sense of faith and optimism, reminding us of what beliefs we value, while Mars is the planet of forward energy and passion. With these three archetypes in flowing and beneficial relation to each other, there is a rush of excitement in the air. The pursuit of a visionary passion is strong, so that there is great potential for breakthrough provided that you wisely direct your forces. You might have more ideas and dreams for your life's unfolding than you have had in a long time (or perhaps ever) and are feeling more strongly into a belief that these visions are truly and actually possible. You are also likely to be more than ready to take action on these ideas, although it might be wise to proceed more slowly than your inclination seems to urge.
It is interesting to note that this dynamic is occurring right when Mercury has just turned retrograde, and in a Water sign, indicating a tendency to go deep with your emotional presence and your attention. These energies are therefore somewhat antithetical. Mercury Retrograde is encouraging us to slow down and re-adjust, whereas this dynamic is suggesting the opposite: to engage with passionate drive and quickly move forward! The keyword here is balance - quite appropriate to the season of Sun in Libra - and as a result we are likely to be doing a little of both of what these cosmic indicators suggest. You might benefit most successfully from this powerful energy by engaging devotedly with your deepest motivations and applying introspective attention to your most cherished beliefs and values, doing so in an enthusiastic way that yet allows you to remain as centered and grounded as possible. In other words, you do well to manage your energies in this rather exciting time, keeping to a slow delicious simmer, rather than a full rolling boil that could inflame the entire stove!
