Chart Patterns
Funnel, focal planet Chiron
You have the planetary pattern type called the 'funnel' shape. All your planets form a group, with the exception of the focal point, one planet or two planets in conjunction. Your energies tend to be channeled through this focus. You will have abilities in the occupied area of the chart, and goals in the direction of the focal point. The focal planet(s) symbolizes how your energies will be expressed, and where you seek to have your needs met or achieve your purpose.
Chiron in the Seventh House (or sign) represents issues with one’s vital force to relate with others intimately. With this placement, you have both a tremendous desire to connect with other people, as well as frustrations that have arisen in this area. Your attempts to connect may have been frustrated through experiences of early childhood, when you wanted contact with others but were rejected or somehow prevented from establishing meaningful relationships with them. As a consequence you have been focused on establishing such a connection ever since. It becomes extremely important to establish a connection with another person, yet this contact, so desired and even longed for, can also be extremely painful. Any partial rejection can be seen as a revisiting of your earlier pain surrounding issues of relationship to other people. As time goes on, there may even be some element of self-sabotage involved in your relationship experience. You may also become compulsively attached to the idea of close personal involvement, seeing yourself as more of a part of a desired union than as an isolated ego, “on your own”. Yet your very wholeness does also depend on being able to stand independently, so that there an element of dysfunction in the way you deal with interpersonal relationships. Your path to healing these issues may be to become more fully conscious of the earlier wounding that you have experienced, enabling you to finally move through that pain toward a less fear-based way of relating, without the self-undoing or the extreme sensitivity that may have been unconsciously present. You may also find that you are able to take the conscious knowledge you have gained through this process further by helping other people deal with these same issues, either through work in the helping professions, or just with friends and loved ones in the course of your daily life. As you grow more sure of yourself, this area of interpersonal relationships, while still very important to you, can become a great source of strength for yourself and for others as well.
The following applies to your generation as a whole as well as to you personally:
Chiron in Capricorn (or the Tenth House) represents issues with one’s vital force to act with authority and make a responsible contribution to society. With this placement you are likely to be somewhat rebellious of authority, and yet compulsively drawn to it as well. You have probably had many experiences in your life where you either had to knuckle under against your will or else over-exerted your authority with others in a way that left them feeling oppressed. The compulsion you may feel to be in authority perhaps arose in your childhood, when you were too forcefully controlled, leading to compensatory behavior as an adult. Everyone has a basic need to be in control, and if distrustful of authority as a result of early experiences, we tend to strike first rather than wait to be pushed around by others. Another manifestation is being drawn to achievement in the eyes of the world, yet feeling ambivalent about your successes. You may feel pushed to success by the important parental figures of your childhood, and never really have a sense of belonging to your own true destiny, rather than acting on behalf of others’ beliefs and goals. These feelings are also connected with low self-esteem, and you may seek to be a well-known presence in the world as a way of making up for feelings of lack of self-worth somewhere below your conscious level of reasoning, yet the victory when it comes may be hollow. In order to avoid these traps, it is good to be in more conscious touch with your hidden feelings, and attempt to bring these into the light to explore them in detail. Once you have begun this process, it will continue as a natural part of your growth, as it becomes easier and easier to confront the scary parts of yourself. At this point you can begin to wield a more conscious and integrated form of personal power.
T-Square, focal planet Saturn
You have a T-Square in your chart. With a this planetary aspect pattern, in which three planets or conjunctions are in square with one another, you have a high degree of motivation and drive. Your energies are most easily and habitually expressed by the energy of the focal point, the middle of the T-Square. You may also compensate for overdoing in the area of life represented by the focal point, by leaning toward the empty pattern element opposite the focal point, seeking to balance your activity. The lesson of this planetary aspect pattern is in learning to use your considerable energy wisely in the pursuit of your true goals. There is great tension represented by the focal planet or planets in your chart, where conflicting parts of your personality attain their focus and peak of energy, and you may observe compulsive behavior in the area of life represented here.
Saturn in the Fourth House (or sign) gives a deepening and concentrating, or a blockage in the expression of the feelings. You may seem to be rigid and unemotional. You may have had problems with parental care and guidance in your early years. You may have a fixation with one or both parents. You can be apt to withdraw from too close emotional involvement. You may have a need to achieve, arising out of a sense of inferiority. Security is very important, and may take the form of striving for material rewards. There could also be a tendency to introversion, or strong psychic powers. The lesson is to more fully and deeply understand and value one's true origins, leading to a better sense of security and greater self-acceptance. The personal and intimate world of your feelings must be accepted and integrated, rather than remain locked away behind the barriers of fear and isolation.
The following applies to your generation as a whole as well as to you personally:
Saturn in Libra (or the seventh house) gives a pleasant personality with a deepening or concentration of the power to relate to others. You are easy to get along with, and you usually do well in the areas of partnerships and business relationships. You are possessed of good judgment, diplomacy and tact. You are outer-directed. You are self-reliant and may experience a sense of isolation. You may find sorrow or difficulty in marriage, and yet rise above this circumstance, which can become an opportunity for inner integration and balancing. Your lesson is to make better use of relationship as a vehicle for self-discipline and to further your growth as an individual.
Yod, focal planet Chiron
You have a Yod planetary aspect pattern in your chart, also known as the 'finger of God'. This pattern consists of two different planets forming Inconjunct aspects of 150` to a third, or focal, point. Usually there will be a marked emphasis on the area of life represented by this focal point, which may be one planet, or two or more in conjunction. You may have physical or psychological problems associated with the expression of the energies of the focal planet or planets, creating a subtle form of tension in your life. Your lesson is to transform the expression of these energies along more positive lines.

Angular Planets
Sun, Moon, Rising Sign Features

The Sun in the Twelfth House represents a concentration of one's vital force to be one with the unifying forces of cosmic awareness. You are intuitively aware that you are within the source of creation. You identify yourself as a somewhat nebulous being, very attached to your special sense of awareness. You sense that you are more than merely a body with feelings, emotions, and thoughts. You may in fact reject your own boundaries because you cannot identify with a unitary self as being separate from the universal cosmic self (or God). You may be frustrated and feel alienated from the source of creation. Due to your lack of personal boundaries you are quite sensitive to the collective unconscious as an interior realm of perception. You perceive reality as cosmic forms of creation and therefore are naturally inclined to the artistic, poetic, or musical. Your sensitivity can create a need for you to withdraw and to retreat in order to cleanse your perceptual awareness after collecting psychic debris from outside yourself. You benefit from periodic retreats in order that you create positive boundaries of selfhood from which you can then re-enter the collective awareness with a fresh perception which can stimulate others to clarify their own purpose for themselves as well.

The empathy and the understanding that are gained through life's trials provides the ability to serve as a helper and a healer for others. Since you have come through the fires of difficulty you are likely to be someone with career possibilities in the helping professions. It is often easier to face others' troubles than one's own, and you may even be more ready and available to help others than to help yourself. It is good to integrate your past experiences, no matter how painful they may have been, and no matter how painful these feelings continue to be for you in adult life. Then you will be in a position to truly sympathize with others' suffering and help them to work out their traumas as well.

You benefit from striving for greater clarity in applying your high ideals to the real world.
Moon in sesquiquadrate (within 0.3 degrees) with Chiron Focal planet of planetary pattern
The planetary energies conflict in determined subtle tension; control is required. With this aspect there are difficulties indicated in relating to the feminine - either significant female presences in your life or else and including your own feminine side. This would be true, and different in its sense, in either a man's or a woman's chart. Of course the important early model for the feminine is mother, and it is likely that there was intelligent communication of wisdom and also painful experiences between you. If these experiences become so painful that they are suppressed from consciousness, buried deep in your psyche, in your adult life it is important to move past any resentment you still feel, caused by early wounding in your relationship with the female part, or nurturing influence, of your own nature, so that you can begin to move into a more conscious and compassionate reconciliation with your walled off parts. Once you have begun to make conscious any pain and alienation you may feel surrounding events from the long-buried past, you can begin to truly help others as well as yourself, and let your creative side emerge.
Moon in quintile (within 2.6 degrees) with Midheaven
The planetary energies are positively linked, subtle, and spiritual in dimension. This aspect gives an emotionally sensitive personality who is nurturing and caring. You do well in a business setting, having a dramatic presence that gives you natural abilities to influence others, and an attitude of caring that makes you easy to get along with. You set priorities based on people rather than strictly on profits. Your career may also be quite changeable.
The ruler of your Sun Sign is Mercury in Cancer (7° Can 38')
The ruler of your Sun sign is characteristic of your personality:
Mercury in Cancer gives an extremely sensitive and emotional mentality. With this position you tend to be easily influenced by the information of the senses. You may have a tendency to personalize your sense impressions, for they directly affect your emotional state. You learn a given subject by feeling or by contact with others rather than by study. Your memory is excellent. Because the sign of Cancer is closely involved with storing up sense impressions in memory, you may have a tendency to live in the past. You are likely to have strong psychic abilities, and your artistic sensibility is also strong.
Mercury in the Twelfth House represents a strong mental connection between one's inner awareness and the deep and nebulous realms of magical inner worlds. You have a refined and visionary mentality. With this placement, you are likely to be poetic in the expression of your thoughts and feelings, and you may possess musical ability as well. You are fascinated by the unknowable mysteries of your own inner world. You are inclined to search to the depths in order to sort through your communication with yourself. Mundane reality doesn't interest you. You may avoid dealing with it by being evasive or vague in your communication with others, or you may be prone to day-dreaming or fall prey to self-deception. You are highly sensitive in your reaction to your surroundings, reacting from the unconscious and instinctual level of your mental function rather than the logical level. You may have difficulty in communicating the results of your inner explorations with other people. However, when you have sorted through your most awesome and perhaps even fearsome inner experiences, you can help others who may have difficulties in their own connection with mundane reality.
Cancer Rising
The Rising Sign is the mask shown to others, also the physical appearance.
People with Cancer rising are nurturing and protective of other people. Your ruling planet is the Moon, and you tend to be moody, with your emotions constantly changing. You are security-conscious and your home is important to you. The position of the Moon in your chart is very important, and shows the way your personality is likely to develop. If the Moon is well-placed by sign and aspect, life flows easily for you, while stressful aspects or sign placement may reflect difficulties (check the position of the Moon). Cancer people are apt to appear passive, and to rely on their feelings. You are subtle, rather than direct, and are likely to reflect the moods of those around you. You are also good at working with the public. You are likely to be involved with the past in some way, because the sign of Cancer is the sign of nurturing, protecting, sustaining, and is strongly tied to the past, and Karma. You are probably the type who can be happy for hours in an antique store. Cancer people tend to collect the residue of past experience and hold onto it, as a coloration of their present activities, leading to instinctual action. You can benefit from shedding the light of conscious reason on your habitual patterns, and focusing on your true goals.
Other Natal Planets
Mars in Gemini (27° Gem 33') Mars in the Twelfth House
Mars in the Twelfth House (or sign) gives a sensitive and retiring nature, possible quite introverted and withdrawn. You are easily influenced by others, and can be moody and introspective. You tend to resent and be discontent with your situation or that of the world. You tire easily, for the physical energy is variable. You may need to work through a lack of truthfulness or being indecisive, and you should always be true to yourself and make an effort to overcome difficult circumstances. Your quiet exterior masks a restlessly searching interior process, which strives for nothing less than the transformation of yourself and society into a more ideal system.
Mars in Gemini (or the third house) gives an alert, witty and energetic nature, possibly inclined toward sarcasm. You are adventurous and physically active. You are glib and communicate very well with others, although you may be a better talker than listener. You are a nonconformist, and totally have your own code of ethics. You are constantly asserting your freedom and independence, which is the very breath of life for you. The Uranian energy can be impulsive, as well as insensitive to others' needs, and you can appear to be cold at times, or you may seem to be more excited by ideas than by other people. You may feel unrest and isolation, as though on a separate wavelength from the rest of mankind. Your mutability and urge for constant change can frustrate or confuse those around you. You may also feel uneasy in your sense of self, as you attempt to come to terms with this basic instability. You benefit from more balance in applying your energy, and an awareness that everyone is not as impulsive as you are. You are a free spirit, courageous and pioneering, whose mission in life is involved with bringing new ideas into being.
The following applies to your generation as a whole as well as to you personally:
Uranus in Cancer (or the fourth house) gives an eccentric individual with volatile emotions. You may change your residence frequently. You may also feel insecure at times, possibly stemming from a disrupted home life in your early years. Your home life may have been stimulating and challenging, or else there may have been difficulties, perhaps your parents were quite busy with their own affairs, leaving the children out of the picture. You may have difficulty in being sure of yourself, or become focused on your own subconscious process, and have a strong sense of your own unique individuality. You are on the path of transforming your sense of self, creating integration and stability from your own efforts, rather than what comes through from more conventional attitudes of society or your early parental environment.
Neptune in Libra (21° Lib 14') Neptune in the Fourth House
Neptune in the Fourth House (or sign) gives an emotionally sensitive and loving personality. You have powerful psychic tendencies. You were strongly influenced by your home life, and may tend to idealize these formative experiences. You may have suffered by being let down by the same-sex parent, or there may have been an unsettled home life leading to deep-rooted feelings of insecurity. Your home is important to you, and you may change residences frequently in search of your ideal environment. You may tend to repeat previous patterns learned in early life, which would be better avoided in the adult setting. You could perhaps suffer a loss of family, or part of your family connection, leading to potentially painful realizations. These realizations may in turn lead you to a more depersonalized and spiritual basis for the concept of family life.
The following applies to your generation as a whole as well as to you personally:

You are imaginative and visionary. You may feel a sense of obligation to other people. You can give a great deal to others without expecting anything in return. You dream of finding the perfect partner, but you may encounter difficulties in making that dream a reality. There can be emotional confusion, leading you to depend too much on the strength of another person. There are likely to be karmic lessons for you in regard to partnership and marriage. Making an effort to pull back from too much self-sacrifice can bring greater clarity to relationships, which can be of benefit to all concerned.
Pluto in Leo (21° Leo 08') Pluto in the Second House
Pluto in the Second House (or sign) gives a personality somewhat focused around the issues of money and material possessions. With this placement you are on a path of transformation of your attitude toward the material, and of your values in general. You may have a tendency to associate a sense of security with material possessions, or possibly compulsive expenditures may be a problem. You can overcome these tendencies by self-discipline and re-aligning of values. When your values are transformed, your sense of self no longer depends on physical possessions, but rather depends on the deeper meaning associated with these things, which are symbolic of love and sharing.
The following applies to your generation as a whole as well as to you personally:
Pluto in Leo (or the fifth house) gives a personality with a focus on being recognized and admired. You may feel a compulsion toward self-aggrandizement. You may have underlying feelings of insecurity leading to rather self-centered and ego oriented behavior. Your desire for reputation may be thwarted, but this can lead to benefits for you, by forcing a re-evaluation of your need to achieve. Transformation in this area is quite possible, moving toward a more positive expression of personal power. In expressing the more positive form of your creative energy, you can perform a service for yourself and society.
N Node in Aquarius (4° Aqu 04'R) N Node in the Eighth House
Lunar North Node in the Eighth House (or sign). South Node in the second house or sign. This placement gives a focus on personal transformation, and on deeply felt relationship with other people. In the past, or in previous lifetimes, you paid a great deal of attention to ownership of property and material things. You need to gradually let go of these attachments in the course of this lifetime. This may prove difficult for you, especially if you have strong conjunctions between the South Node and other planets. As your life unfolds, you may develop an interest in occult science. Your focus as you mature will be more and more on how you can be helpful to others in your relationships with them, and less and less on status, prestige and the accumulation of riches. The sexual act itself can be transformative for you as you relate to others in a deeper and more spiritual way. Your evolutionary payoff comes from letting go of the material world in to order to accept the deep and universal connection with others that is the root truth of the social condition.
Lunar North Node in Aquarius (or the eleventh house). South Node in the fifth house or sign. This placement gives an individual with a focus on friendships and social groups. Although creativity on a personal level comes easily to you, and working creatively with other people is more difficult, it is the more difficult that you must attempt in this lifetime. In the past, or in previous lifetimes, you were proud of your individuality and of your individual contribution. You may have had an ego attachment to the products of your personal energy, and were on the other hand not very interested in promoting social values or a group ideal. Now, in this lifetime, you find yourself envisioning possibilities for larger social groupings than just yourself and your immediate family. Perhaps the betterment of all of society becomes your focus now. As you develop along your evolutionary path you find that you are ever more future-oriented and socially responsible, for this is the way for you to find your true fulfillment.

Career issues are very important for you, but you need to beware of too much ego-involvement in your work or professional life.

Saturn brings an extremely practical dimension to the visionary idealism of Neptune. You are likely to be responsible, compassionate and take social issues very seriously. You may also have a musical career or achieve much in the helping professions (especially if close aspects exist between this conjunction and the ‘personal' planets). You may also suffer confusion regarding restrictions imposed upon your life, in which you feel both attracted to the security imposed by such limits, and simultaneously repelled or stifled by these restrictions. Saturn in strong sextile (within 0.5 degrees) with Pluto
The planetary energies flow together, open into new possibilities, new connections. This aspect gives a forceful personality with a focus on issues of authority, power and control. You may have the charismatic personal magnetism of a natural leader. It is also possible that occult studies will attract and fascinate you. You may also find yourself with an ambivalence toward power, leading you to demonstrate rebellious attitudes toward established authority. You may seek a position of authority, if for no other reason than to be your own master, and then run into the difficulties inherent in maintaining such a position of authority, once achieved. This can work to your ultimate advantage, since the security of such a position can be a hindrance to necessary growth and transformation. What is needed is a re-evaluation and transformation of the urge for power and control, based on a deeper understanding of and more conscious and socially responsible use of personal power.

The relationship with your father was damaged in some way; perhaps it was a relationship you had to get away from, either from his overbearing nature or from his neediness and lack of presence. In other words, your father figure was either too strict, or not present and therefore not strict enough. With this aspect, you need to make your own form of personal authority, independent from the parental influences or that of society. This gives you the potential for great strength and leadership, if you can integrate your powerful and perhaps repressed emotions regarding your concept of authority. In this way you can lead others into the New Age. You may be one to re-work the structure of society itself in some way, or to become an advisor or even a leader in the social sphere; perhaps in connection with organizations devoted to new age healing techniques. You may also feel the need to redeem yourself or your family; to restructure your heritage, perhaps even your entire relationship with the physical realm.
